Our Story, Your Focaccia
Scopa was born from a simple idea, to return to the essentials.
In a world where everything moves fast, where products are often standardized, we wanted to do the opposite. To take the time to do things right. To focus on what truly matters: taste, quality, and precision.
It all started with an obsession : quality of bread.
Not just a base, but the foundation of everything. Hundreds of tests, adjustments, and re-evaluations, until we achieved a perfectly balanced focaccia crispy on the outside, light and soft on the inside.
Then came the ingredients.
A rigorous selection, directly inspired by Italy, with a simple requirement: to keep only what truly adds something to the dish. The right ingredients, prepared with precision, without any unnecessary extras.
Then came the method.
Each focaccia is designed to be efficient, consistent, and always of the right standard. No guesswork, no approximations. Just a clear method, repeated every day.
